This is how we get things done around here. Our process follows these easy steps:
I
INTROSPECT: In this step, we go old school and figure out what objectives your company currently has and why those benefits are being offered in the first place. It’s better for us to get a good grip on managing your expectations instead of just adding to a foundation that isn’t stable.
N
NAVIGATE: Can an employee benefit program contribute the attainment of the objectives enumerated in the Introspection stage and – if so – how? This is our thought process after we define employer’s core objectives. This will allow us to take the appropriate action for you and your employees.
S
STRATIFY: When strategizing a specific course of action, you must clearly prioritize your goals. At benefEx, we help you strategize these goals in the previous steps. Meanwhile, in this step, we make sure that the transition into the new stages are flawless and smooth.
I
IMPROVE: This is where we help, you guessed it, improve your cash flow, profitability and employee morale for your clients! We like this stage a lot. Usually we measure these terms on the client’s terms and we define success here as well.

GAUGE: It’s easier to gauge gains in cash flow and profitability then it is to gauge employee morale. At benefEx, we have use internet-based assessments that are anonymously based to help gauge the perceptions your employees have on the program. From here, we can help make modifications as needed to lay the groundwork for the next step.
H
HARMONIZE: At benefEx, this is the stage where we merge the interests of the employees with the employer. Understanding this takes some time and commitment, this harmonious acceptance from both parties usually doesn’t happen the first time around. We use what we call the PReACTIVE INSIGHT sm process to help align employee perception with the realities of the employer. This leads us to our last stage… (big finale)

TRANSCEND: Overall, employee morale has decreased during the same timeframe as employer contributions to employee benefit programs increased. This is why we approach the design for employee benefits the way we do. We are a bit revolutionary if you ask us and it seems to be working.
